To process your quote request we need only your contact information and the specifications of the product(s) that you would like APC International to quote. The information required to process a quote request can be submitted to APC International through our online quote request system. If you prefer to speak with an APC representative please have the following information available when you request a quote:

• Your name, company name, and company affiliation
• Your APCI Account Number (if known)
• Your telephone number and e-mail address
• Your address
• The specifics of the item(s) for which you are requesting a
  • APCI catalogue number (if applicable)
  • Drawings or sketches
  • Dimensions and tolerances
  • Material
  • Electrode type and placement
  • Testing requirements
  • Quantity

We strive to quote most requests in 48 hours, although special requests requiring in-depth consideration will take additional time. An APCI representative will notify you if your quote request will require additional time. We prefer to provide our quotes via e-mail.

Place an Order

At APC International we try to make our order process as easy as possible for our customers. However, with the unique nature of our products, we have found that it is very important for us to speak with our customers to ensure they receive a product that will meet their specific needs before they place an order with us. Given this, APC International currently does not accept orders online.

To process your order please contact an APCI Representative with the following information:

• The APC International SQ# on the quote that we provided
• Your shipping and billing addresses
• A method of payment
• Your delivery schedule.

Additional Information

APC International provides piezo ceramic elements manufactured to the strict tolerance values listed under the Tolerances section of our website. APCI can manufacture piezo elements to tighter tolerances upon request. APCI will also attach electrical leads and provide additional value added services on request. When requesting electrical leads please specify AWG and length and provide a drawing showing the desired location(s). Drawings and/or sketches are highly recommended when requesting a part with an electrode pattern or when a non-standard ceramic shape is desired.

Payment

APC International ships all first-time orders COD, credit card, or prepayment wire transfer.

To apply for Net 30 days credit on a subsequent order, please submit a completed copy of APC's credit application, three credit references, and bank details to:

Returns

APC International will only accept returns that have been pre-approved. Please include the RA# on any shipments returned to APCI. To request an RA# please contact APC International at: +1-570-726-6961 or via e-mail at [email protected]. Return of parts that are not defective may incur a restocking charge.

Shipping/Bank Charges

The customer is responsible for all shipping and/or bank charges that may apply to an order.
